1. Platform Access

Access to InRoot AI is currently limited to approved early-access users via our waitlist onboarding system. We reserve the right to grant, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion during the pre-launch beta period.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InRoot AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or system architecture.
• Spam, abuse, or attempt to bypass API rate limits or security measures.
• Use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Share access credentials or attempt to access other users' data.
• Scrape or systematically extract platform content without written permission.
• Use the platform for high-risk, life-critical, or safety-critical decisions, including medical diagnostics, prescribing treatment, emergency response, psychiatric crisis intervention, or any situation presenting a threat to human life or safety.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create within InRoot AI. The InRoot AI platform, its architecture, interface, and underlying systems are the intellectual property of InRoot AI and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

4. AI-Generated Content

InRoot AI provides AI-assisted outputs for productivity, learning, research, and personal development purposes. These outputs are tools to support your thinking — they do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). InRoot AI is explicitly NOT designed, tested, or certified for use in high-risk, life-critical, or safety-critical scenarios (such as medical diagnosis, treatment plans, emergency management, or acute mental health crises). You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any AI-generated content before taking action.

5. Availability & Beta Disclaimer

InRoot AI is currently in pre-launch beta. Features, availability, and performance may change without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or completeness of AI outputs during the beta period. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform unavailability or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InRoot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InRoot AI at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
